Directed all discipline Scan-to-BIM delivery at LOD 400 across the site, setting the scope and delivery approach from scan strategy through to model handover.

Authored the TIDP covering the full survey and as built scope. Every model deliverable coded by discipline, level, document type and sequence, each with an owner and a delivery milestone.

Defined Level of Information Need per discipline, aligning client requirements with what modelling teams were actually asked to produce.

Oversaw scan strategy and QA of registration accuracy before any data was handed to the modelling teams.

Validated model accuracy directly against as built scan data as a standing part of the QA process.

Set the deviation tolerance thresholds and reviewed heat map outputs as the basis for sign off.

Reviewed and approved the deviation reporting standard adopted across the project.

Coordinated discipline leads to reach a consistent LOD 400 across architecture, structure and MEP.

Managed the issue resolution workflow and ran coordination meetings across disciplines through to close out.

Led federated model review and set the clash resolution strategy for the full design team.
